PSI is owned and operated by David Peckham and James Jefferson. David with a BS in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from Cornell University, and James with a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. With a combined experience of over 35 years in the construction industry, David and James bring an extensive skill set, knowledge base, and eye for detail to every project. In addition, they have assembled a top-notch management team to form a company that consistently completes high quality projects on schedule and within budget, which result in extremely satisfied customers. In addition to its in-house management, PSI has created and continues to develop a strong network of partners, subcontractors, and mentors throughout the tri-state area.
