James C. Jefferson

Prior to co-founding Property Services Integrated, LLC in 2005,   Mr. Jefferson held several positions with nationally known builders and developers that helped shape his well-developed skill set.

Immediately preceding the founding of PSI, Mr. Jefferson worked as a Project Manager for Fields Development Group where he oversaw the construction of luxury urban condominium buildings in the Northern NJ area.  Before that, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager for Toll Brothers Inc., where he was responsible for the development, construction, and sales of 74 luxury estate homes in Flemington, NJ.

Preceding his tenure with Toll Brothers Inc., Mr. Jefferson worked as Project Engineer for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.  While with Whiting-Turner, Mr. Jefferson helped convert a former Otis Elevator manufacturing facility in downtown Yonkers to the new home of the Yonkers Board of Education and the Yonkers Public Library. This $53 million development on the Hudson River waterfront was the spark that ignited over $200 million of additional development in the immediate area.

Mr. Jefferson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University with a focus on Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He is an EPA Certified Renovator and currently holds a NJ real estate salespersons license.   During the little free time that he has, he enjoys running and biking throughout northern NJ, fishing on the Jersey shore, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
