Prior to co-founding Property Services Integrated, LLC Mr. Peckham gained invaluable experience as a project engineer on large scale residential and commercial construction projects.  In New York City for Bovis Lend Lease, LMB he helped manage the construction of 105 luxury condominiums at One Beacon Court comprising the top 25 floors of the Bloomberg Tower at 731 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.  These exclusive units were part of a project valued at over $500 million which was completed in 2005.  Prior to this, Mr. Peckham worked at the Clark Construction Group in Washington D.C. While at Clark, his projects included the International Monetary Fund Headquarters One at 720 19th Street NW and the award winning build out of the 250,000 sf office for Finnengan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett, and Dunner, LLP at 901 New York Avenue.  Mr. Peckham graduated cum laude from Cornell University, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Construction Administration and Real Estate Development and his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.  Mr. Peckham is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
